The Villa was built in 1910 by a renowned architect, Mr Laurent Vianay, Prix de Rome, at the origin of the most beautiful residences of Cannes including the monastery of St honorat, Gray d’Albion … It was the property of a large family from Cannes, Former Vice Consul of Spain, the Isnard family.

Owned by the Picaud family until 2001, Villa L’Abri was then bought and renovated by its new owner. It has restored all its authentic splendor while bringing 21st century technologies through gigantic works.

This 4-story Historic villa accommodates 18 people in comfort with more than 800 m² of living space. All the rooms are decorated with antique furniture, crystal chandeliers, antique paintings and columns as well as ornaments on ceilings and walls recreated identically to restore this sumptuous atmosphere of the time.

The very spacious entrance hall with these large pillars opens directly onto the library, the dining room, the private lounge as well as a pool room. The dining room opens onto a 23-meter-long outdoor terrace with private access to the pool and jacuzzi.
